Slanic Prahova is a balneary resort situated on a 600 m thick salt deposit. At 200 m under there are 14 salt galleries. It is a place to visit or to cure respiratory affections. You can also see here Grota Miresei (The Cavern of the Bride) and Lacul Miresei (The Lake of the Bride), both legendary places.
